CAPE CORAL, Fla. — Two Cape Coral teens have been arrested after they went into a Cape Coral home under construction and spray-painted penises inside.

According to the Cape Coral Police Department (CCPD), on August 27 officers responded to a burglary at a home under construction. The victim saw two boys leaving the area and was able to give their description to police.

Officers checked the area and found 13-year-old Giovanni Weaver in the 2300 block of NW 38th PI. Weaver admitted to entering the home under construction and vandalizing inside with spray-paint. Weaver told officers that 13-year-old Lawrence L’Heureux was with him but did not vandalize anything in the home, CCPD said.

Weaver faces charges of burglary and criminal mischief. L’Heureux is being charged with burglary.
