Man believed to be part of South Florida retail theft operation hits Fort Myers Target

FORT MYERS, Fla – Authorities are searching for a suspect believed to be involved in several retail grand thefts around South Florida.

The unidentified man was caught walking into the Target at the Gulf Coast Town Center. He was seen on camera taking a Bissel vaccum cleaner, children’s clothing and multiple Playstation accessories. He would then leave the store without making any attempt to purchase the items.

The value of stolen goods is estimated to be over $1,300.

Target Loss Prevention believes the man pictured is part of an organized theft ring and has linked him to another Target theft that happened in Miami Lakes.
