Woman wanted for Downtown Fort Myers shooting turns herself in

FORT MYERS, Fla. — Jasmine Battle turned herself in to Fort Myers Police Friday.

Battle, 29, was wanted for a shooting that injured one person in Downtown Fort Myers Sunday, August 14.

The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries in the shooting, according to police.

According to the Fort Myers Police Department (FMPD), she was taken to Lee County Jail and will be held without bond until her first appearance.
